Tea-smoked Five Spice Duck Breast
On the side, there is savoy cabbage, delicata squash, cracklings, Barolo butter. The duck was not very tender and difficult to eat. I had the duck cooked medium-rare, like I get at most other places, but it just wasn't very good.
