Ama Ebi, Shrimp Tempura, cucumber roll topped with salmon, tuna, white tuna, tobiko, and side joy special sauce. One of the fanciest sushi rolls I've had here, with both tempura and ama ebi (raw shrimp and the head is deep fried).
