Deep fried chicken surrounded by roasted chili. The dish was typical Sichuan (meaning it was more numbing than extremely spicy). There were quite a few pieces of chicken, when compared to other restaurants, but the quality of the meat was not very good. Each piece was extremely fatty. There was the option to get the chicken with or without bones. We opted for bone-in.
