Prawns, clams, mussels, calamari, white fish, and vegetables in a juicy arborio rice with a blend of Peruvian ajis - served with rocoto aioli and toasted bread. The dish was the largest at the table, being over 80% rice. The rice was nicely colored, but weakly flavored. Would not recommend again. Also did not come with the toasted bread.
